On October 16, 2009, a 2,809 square foot home located at 4813 Benchmark Court sold for $440,000. Constructed in 1997, the property was a short sale that was only on the market for one day before going under contract, but took 115 days to close. The last listed price on the home was $449,000.

As of this morning, Turtle Rock has only 11 homes on the market, ranging in price from $299,500 to $799,000.
